Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Superintendent-Fleet Maintenance Planning is responsible for planning, coordinating and monitoring maintenance activities for mobile equipment.
He/she ensures the availability, reliability and compliance of equipment, compliance with maintenance schedules, international standards, legal requirements as well as the achievement of performance objectives and key indicators (KPIs).
Profil recherché
- University Degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent combination of professional training and experience in Mobile Plant Equipment.
Required Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the Maintenance of Mobile installations.
- Minimum three (3) years of experience as a Supervisor.
Required skills:
- Strong project management and planning skills in a mining environment.
- Proven knowledge of budget and cost control in a mining environment.
- Significant experience in managing contract maintenance work teams and specialized maintenance service providers.
- High communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to make confident presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with Microsoft (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Strong training and mentoring skills and ability to build an effective team.
- Demonstrate conceptual skills and be able to develop lateral and practical solutions.
- Adapt to a changing work environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time.
- A reputation for integrity and ethics.
- Demonstrated supervisory skills.
- Experience with CMMS programs, preferably AMT and SAP.
