Overview: The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Inc. (CHAI) is a global health organization committed to our mission of saving lives and reducing the burden of disease in low-and middle-income countries. We work at the invitation of governments to support them and the private sector to create and sustain high-quality health systems.
Position Overview: The Finance Analyst will support the day-to-day financial operations of the CHAI DRC, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial management in line with CHAI financial policies, donor requirements, and local regulations. The role is responsible for processing payments, maintaining complete and accurate financial records, managing bank transactions and reconciliations, and supporting financial reporting for programs and donors. Working closely with the Country Director, program assistant's teams, and operations staff, the Finance Coordinator will contribute to budget monitoring, internal controls, audits, and financial analysis to support effective program implementation and strong financial stewardship.

Profil recherché
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 5 years of progressive experience
- Additional globally recognized accounting certification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CFA, CISA etc.) would be an advantage
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within donor-funded programs
- Experience in consulting major firms such as KPMG, Deloitte, and PwC is regarded as an advantage
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, and reconciliations
- Demonstrated experience with donor financial management and reporting requirements
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and financial analysis
- In-depth knowledge of QuickBooks and accounting systems
