Sales Manager – Shipping & Logistics

Gladys Synergies is recruiting for its client, a leading international logistics and shipping company, a commercially driven Sales Manager to lead and accelerate growth across the DRC. This role is central to expanding volumes across key trade corridors (Matadi–Kinshasa, Banana, Katanga, Eastern DRC) and strengthening relationships with strategic mining and industrial clients.

Your Mission
Drive revenue growth, secure strategic cargo volumes, and strengthen market leadership in the DRC.

Core Responsibilities
- Define and execute the national sales strategy
- Grow container, project cargo, and key commodity volumes
- Secure and negotiate long-term contracts with strategic clients
- Lead key account relationships and high-level negotiations
- Monitor market trends and contribute to pricing strategy
- Ensure strong coordination with operations for reliable service delivery
- Lead and develop the local sales team
